As we let go of the illusion we can compartmentalize and the false sense of safety this brings, we know that long-lasting change and growth happens through a holistic approach. My whole-person, integrated coaching approach helps leaders develop greater awareness of and more skillful access to their interconnected centers of wisdom – mind, heart, body – to respond in alignment with what matters most to them.
While every coaching engagement is unique as I meet the leader and their circumstances where they are, my coaching process has four intentional elements :

Where are you today? What is working and no longer working?
Honoring your journey to this point. Identifying the transition you are in or preparing to enter into.
REIMAGINING
Explore possibilities. How do you want to evolve as a leader? What would it mean to have a greater impact? greater success? greater fulfillment? more ease and presence.
ALIGNING
Uncover internal and external barriers between you and what you want to achieve, and then we align (mindset, beliefs, actions, habits, etc.) with where you are going and the leader you are becoming.
INTEGRATING

Individual Coaching
One-on-one coaching sessions provide a trusted partnership and a personalized, tailored program for leaders to explore their growth edge. This offering is impactful because it honors the uniqueness of individual leaders and their current circumstances. A place to get curious about what’s working and what’s not and be supported and guided in navigating through changes.
Team Coaching
Team coaching provides a neutral third party to facilitate greater understanding, strengthen relationships, and create shifts within the group dynamics. The goal of this work is to reduce “sideways energy” that keeps teams from moving forward in an attuned, connected way. With less friction, teams can create positive, sustainable momentum towards their shared goals.
Skillfully facilitating meetings whether the purpose is planning, team alignment, or leadership training/development. Energy is focused on ensuring progress is made towards the intended outcomes and engaging everyone to capture the wisdom in the room. Equal attention is given to meeting details as well as team dynamics. What the group wants to achieve and how the group does it are equally important.

This offering is for companies who want to offer coaching services across their organization to support multiple leaders and strengthen the culture.
