Rebecca Hale: Leadership Coach and Facilitator
I am passionate about working with people who want to be agents of change in their own lives and the lives of others.
I have a background in strategic planning for large and small organizations. In the planning process with clients, what I found most interesting was what happened after the strategic plan was set:
when leaders and their teams navigated the transition from their current way of doing things to a new way. This was the messy, human part and ultimately, determined if these new ideas and strategies would take root and come to fruition.
This interest led me to become a professionally-certified coach. I now spend my time focused on the human side of business: the people, the culture, and the critical role of leadership.
I guide leaders and teams in navigating transitions intentionally. Whether it is a change in roles and responsibilities; change in strategy; or, changes brought on by a fast-growing organization. Transitions are a reminder “what got you here, won’t get you there.” They are inherently filled with complexity, the unknown and… ripe with opportunity. It takes courage to not “just get through it” but, to be intentional throughout the process and invite in the transformation.
My style is compassionate, intuitive, direct, and strategic. I help leaders do their inner work to bring about the external results they want to see.
The paradox is only we can take responsibility for and change our lives and we need support to make real change, to transform.
It’s an honor to do this work and to witness the incredible ripple effect of a leader becoming freer and more effective and how the business and everyone around them benefits.
